Body modifications are a fun way to express our individuality. When working in our industry, you see every type of piercing and tattoo there is. As Exotic Dancers working with so many different personalities and managing them as our business, we should always be asking ourselves, will this make more money?
Improving Attractiveness
The entertainment industry is a shallow business and your physical attractiveness plays a big part in how people respond to you. Body modifications are a personal choice based on your creativity, but at least one of the questions you should ask yourself before you get a new piercing is, will this add or take away from my attractiveness?
Rhinestones and neon colors can attract attention and glow in the club lights, adding to your stage performance. In the entertainment industry, attention is currency and you want to be seen. So, if you're going to get pierced use it to your advantage.

Keep in mind getting a new piercing may mean more time off from work to prevent infection. The club is an unsanitary environment, so when you do return to work make sure you keep it covered with a skintone bandaid if you can. Pasties can work for your nipples too. Don't count on customers to be respectful of your boundaries around new piercings- you must monitor them.
